Storytelling is how humans
make sense of hard things.
AI is a hard thing.
I help teams working on AI find the story inside their work — and share it in a way that actually moves people. Through videos, workshops, microsites, and motion graphics.
What I do
The Approach
Five stages from brief to delivery — with a conscious format choice at the centre.
Click any node to explore that stage of the process in detail.
What I Make
Videos, demos, short films, and motion graphics — mostly short-form and always with a point.
Customer Stories
Real people, real decisions, real outcomes. I find the turning point and build the story backwards from there.

Inside the Work
IBM Internal Series
One question that keeps coming up.
I run a storytelling series inside IBM focused on how to communicate AI work to humans who didn't build it. Each session picks apart a different narrative structure — how to frame uncertainty, how to make technical progress feel meaningful, how to tell the story before the product is finished. Not a lecture. A conversation with something at stake.

Facilitation
Workshops that end differently than they start — especially for AI teams.
I run workshops that help AI teams discover and shape the stories they're already holding. Most teams doing genuinely interesting AI work can't explain why it matters to the people who need to fund it, buy it, or believe in it. Teams leave knowing which story they want to tell — and how to make it land.
Internal Tool
The Microsite Kit
Teams doing great AI work deserve better than a Confluence page no one opens. I built a self-serve storytelling template system adopted globally across IBM's design community — recognised at Converge, IBM's global design event, and used by designers across the US, Europe, and the UK. No designer or developer needed. Just the story.

Outside the Brief
Short-form content, growing an audience, exploring what I can make without a client brief.
Outside of client work I'm building a personal creative practice — cinematic travel films and short-form storytelling that now reach millions. My recent London series pulled 2.3M reel views and reached 1.3M accounts in a single 60-day window. Storytelling doesn't stop when the brief does.

Iconic London Stories
Two Reels making London the character, not the backdrop — match-cut editing, a Wes Anderson teal grade, and soft jazz piano. The featured product sold out at Selfridges, who reshared the footage to their own Instagram.

Insta360 Luna Ultra — Scenic London
A paid partnership for Insta360's newly released Luna Ultra. I shot a series of scenic, low-light London frames — golden hour into blue hour — to show off the camera's range across the city.
